The Grand Opening Recruitment Specialist assists franchisees in creating a Championship Talent Acquisition Experience for their new Team Members. Working with the rest of the Grand Opening team, the Specialist will combine deep experience in recruitment with a high level of dedication to implement a well-researched recruitment strategy for every Grand Opening store. 

This role will foster a long-term, strategic effort to execute the process of identifying and acquiring qualified people and nurture relationships to achieve our business goals. You will create a championship Talent Acquisition EXPERIENCE for franchisees across the Sport Clips organization. You will play an essential role in training new franchisees on Recruitment as well as the Brand and Values. 

Scope:
 
The Grand Opening Recruitment Specialist reports to the Director of Strategic Recruitment and will have direct accountability for the recruitment training and recruitment support for franchisees in the Grand Opening process. The Specialist will share our energy and enthusiasm for Sport Clips and share that enthusiasm with new franchisees. 

Key Criteria/Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience in recruitment or sourcing of roles requiring licensure
  • Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and an applicant tracking system
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Minimum of 3 days at the Support Center and 2 days working remotely.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
