Must be able to work onsite in Georgetown, TX a minimum of 3 days per week.
- 6+ years in media planning with deep experience in local/regional media at an agency or brand side
- Proven experience planning and executing Grand Opening media
- Strong agency leadership
- Strong understanding of local channels (paid social, search, OOH, audio, local video, direct mail
- Advanced ability to analyze performance and optimize plans
- Experience influencing franchisees, operators, and cross-functional leaders
- Budget management overseeing media budgets, billing and communicating internally with finance teams
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of media attribution models (e.g., media mix models, incremental lift) to measure asset performance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Calm under pressure and able to manage many moving pieces
- Takes ownership and delivers work on time with minimal follow-up
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
- Owns results and learns quickly from outcomes
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills
