Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference? Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across our 89 Company-Owned Stores.

In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for potential Team Members, helping create a championship recruiting EXPERIENCE from the very first conversation. You'll work closely with Area Leaders to understand staffing needs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure accurate applicant tracking and reporting.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a professional and engaging phone presence, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Must be able to work onsite in Georgetown, TX a minimum of 3 days per week.

What You'll Do

Candidate Engagement & Screening

Conduct high-volume phone screenings with applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and potential fit for our Company-Owned Stores.
Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience that reflects the Sport Clips brand and culture.
Ensure timely candidate outreach, supporting our goal of contacting applicants within 15 minutes of applying.
Clearly communicate position expectations, opportunities, and next steps to candidates.
Identify qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with the appropriate Area Leaders.

Area Leader Partnership & Recruiting Support

Build strong working relationships with Area Leaders to understand individual store staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate requirements.
Maintain consistent communication with Area Leaders regarding applicant activity, qualified candidates, interview scheduling, and hiring progress.
Proactively follow up on candidates and interviews to keep the recruiting process moving forward.
Assist with recruiting initiatives and strategies to support staffing goals across Company-Owned Stores.

Applicant Tracking, Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track applicant activity, phone screenings, interview scheduling, candidate status, and hiring outcomes.
Prepare and maintain recruiting reports to monitor activity, identify opportunities, and support hiring decisions.
Accurately enter and update applicant and new hire information within our payroll/HRIS system (Paycom).
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across recruiting and payroll systems.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable recruiting and hiring policies.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, high-volume customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy when managing applicant information, reporting, and data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of applicants and multiple priorities.
Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, Area Leaders, and internal teams.
Strong follow-through, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable making frequent outbound phone calls and conducting candidate screenings throughout the day.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or Paycom preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
