As the Grand Opening (GO) Marketing Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing, coordinating, and directing the marketing and advertising activities and plans our Go Marketing Specialists tailor for franchise owners – specializing in Grand Opening marketing plans specific to individual stores.  You will also provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with Team Leaders (Franchisees), Area Developers, and advertising vendors. You will function as a consultant for franchisees, focusing your efforts on building sales, Client counts, and market share through creation and execution of strategic marketing plans for each of the stores.  The underlying focus is to manage the Go Marketing Specialists to hit their target goals surrounding Client Count and store performance during Grand Openings.

This position is full-time and located onsite at our headquarters in Georgetown, Texas.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Marketing, media buying and advertising experience
  • Well rounded local marketing approaches
  • Ability to properly influence Team Leaders (Franchisees) to adopt and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Retail and/or Franchising marketing experience
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • Organizational and planning skills – we work hard and have high expectations…which makes winning even more enjoyable!
